- While we strive to deliver on schedule, certain factors like venue restrictions, material availability, or client delays may impact timelines.

3. Ownership of Content and Designs

4. Payments and Billing
- Quotations are valid for a limited time, as mentioned in each proposal.
- A booking advance is required before work begins, and the remaining balance is payable as per agreed milestones or prior to booth handover.
- Late or incomplete payments may lead to suspension of work or delayed delivery.
- All payments must be made through approved methods communicated by Booth Creators.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
- If a project is cancelled after work has begun, clients remain responsible for costs already incurred.
- Refund eligibility depends on the stage of completion and nature of expenses made by Booth Creators.
- No refunds are available for last-minute cancellations where material procurement or production has already started.
6. Client’s Responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate project details in a timely manner.
- Secure necessary venue permissions and ensure timely access for our team.
- Take care of booth structures and equipment during the exhibition period.
- Notify us immediately in case of any onsite issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Delays caused by third parties, shipping issues, or venue restrictions.
- Damages resulting from improper use of the booth by the client or event organizers.
- Any indirect, incidental, or financial losses arising from use of our Services.
- Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the Services.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We may collect limited personal or business information necessary to provide our Services.

9. Termination of Services
