- Colour and texture. According to Messe Frankfurt's Technical Guidelines, general hall lighting varies by hall from around 300 to 400 lux at one metre above the floor. Colour-critical fabric, carpet and wallcovering displays benefit from planned stand lighting.
- Textile materials. Hangings, fabric ceilings, carpets and wall coverings count as stand construction or decorative materials and carry flame-retardancy requirements (details below)
- Lead generation. Exhibitors can create unlimited visitor vouchers for customers in the exhibitor ticket portal, and the first 50 redeemed are free. An online networking platform is also available.
From the organizer's 2027 price list at the time of writing: the minimum stand is 9 sqm (outside the textile designer area), and regular rental runs from €277 per sqm for one open side to €304 per sqm for four open sides. A €4.40 per sqm environmental contribution, a €0.60 per sqm AUMA contribution, a mandatory €985 media package, and VAT are added. Early-booking rates ended on March 19, 2026.
Planning Your Visit to Heimtextil Frankfurt 2027
Tickets. Buy tickets in the official ticket shop with a personal Messe Frankfurt login. Tickets are issued only for the buyer, not for other people. Admission tickets (excluding complimentary tickets) include free travel on RMV public transport within the fare zone, and online tickets must be shown with valid ID or passport.
By train. Frankfurt Central Station is a ten-minute walk from the fairground. Underground line U4 reaches "Festhalle/Messe" in one stop, and S-Bahn lines S3, S4, S5 and S6 stop at "Frankfurt (Main) Messe". Tram lines 16 and 17 also serve "Festhalle/Messe".
By air. From Frankfurt Airport, take S8 or S9 to Central Station, then S3 to S6 to the fairground, or take a taxi.
By car. Visitors park at the Rebstock multi-storey car park and take the shuttle to the grounds.
Entrances. Torhaus (S-Bahn), City (U4 and trams), Portalhaus (shuttle or taxi) and Galleria.
Stay. Messe Frankfurt lists about 5,000 beds within a 15-minute walk. The organizer has also published Lufthansa Group event fares, and visa applications should be made early.

What Exhibitors Should Finalize Before the Show
- Stand size and open sides. Rental rates depend on open sides. One-side stands receive a rear wall and two side walls, three-side stands a rear wall only, and four-side stands no walls.
- Approvals. Stands over 100 sqm, two-storey stands, and special constructions (over 4 m high, closed ceilings, platforms above 0.20 m, glass constructions, moving parts) need approval. Plans go to Messe Frankfurt's online stand-approval portal at least six weeks before set-up begins. Counted from the regular set-up start on January 7, that falls in late November 2026; confirm the exact cut-off with the organizer.
- Materials. Stand construction and decorative materials must be at least flame-retardant class B1 (DIN 4102) or C s2 d2 (EN 13501-1). Overhead materials must also not drip when burning (C s2 d0), and floor coverings need class C fl s1. Keep test certificates at the stand.
- Textile displays. Freely suspended decorations must hang at least 2.5 m above the floor, and hall-ceiling suspensions are handled only by Messe Frankfurt and its contractors. Messe Frankfurt's standard wall panels are plastic-coated: no nails, screws, paint or adhesive, and hooks hold 4 kg or less.
- Design, height, and sound. Aim for an aisle frontage about 70% open. Rear walls facing neighbors must be smooth and white above 2.50 m. Maximum build height varies by hall, so check yours. Sound at the stand boundary must stay under 70 dB(A).
- Power and WiFi. Electrical connections are installed through Messe Frankfurt's contract partners, and exhibitors' own WiFi may use only the 2.4 GHz band.
- Logistics. Register every vehicle online for the Rebstock check-in. Dismantling runs from 8 p.m. on January 15 until 11 p.m. on January 17.
- Fraud warnings. Official Messe Frankfurt emails come only from @messefrankfurt.com. The organizer has warned about unofficial exhibitor directories and altered invoices.
- Stand options. The organizer offers an all-inclusive stand package, and Fairconstruction rents system stands from 9 to 150 sqm. A custom build suits exhibitors who want a bespoke design.
