Exhibition Stand Design & Build Support for ICE Barcelona 2027
ICE Barcelona 2027 is an international B2B trade show for the gaming industry. It takes place from 18 to 20 January 2027 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain. The event covers land-based casino, online gaming, sports betting, lottery, payments and esports, and is organized by WorldGaming (formerly Clarion Gaming). ICE sits inside World Gaming Week, which runs 17–21 January 2027. The organizer's website lists 600+ exhibitors and 65,000 attendees among its headline figures.
About ICE Barcelona
ICE describes itself as the place where the gaming industry goes to do business. The show brings the whole gaming value chain into one venue: land-based casino suppliers, online and mobile operators, sports betting and lottery providers, payments companies, platform and technology vendors, and the regulators who write the rules for all of them.
The 2027 programme is organized around several clear zones and formats:
- Technology, Innovation & Fintech (Hall 7): platforms, payments, data, security and iGaming technology in one hall.
- ICE Conference: the organizer's operator-focused content, built around seven tracks covering compliance costs, advertising restrictions, retention, AI and platform security, and Latin American market entry.
- Esports Arena: a hands-on space where esports, gaming and betting overlap.
- Pitch ICE and the ICE Startups Accelerator: a startup stage and investor sessions.
- iGB Affiliate: the affiliate and media-buying event that runs alongside ICE during World Gaming Week.
The organizer says more than 300 verified regulators attend, which makes ICE one of the few shows where licensing and compliance conversations happen on the same floor as product launches.
Who Should Attend ICE Barcelona 2027
ICE Barcelona 2027 brings together the people shaping the future of gaming, from operators and technology leaders to regulators, investors, and fast-growing startups looking to connect, learn, and discover new opportunities.
ICE is a trade event, not a consumer show. The organizer's own audience pages point to these groups:
- Operators: people who run, market or buy for gaming operators.
- Sellers and suppliers: companies selling into the industry, who need a MeetMe pass to attend.
- Technology providers: engineering leads, compliance directors and senior executives evaluating platforms and security.
- Regulators: the 300+ verified regulators the organizer reports.
- Affiliates and media buyers: the iGB Affiliate audience.
- Startups and investors: the Pitch ICE and accelerator participants.
What Exhibitors Can Expect at ICE Barcelona 2027
Exhibitors are showing to a buyer-heavy, business-meeting audience. Visitors come with agendas, and the organizer's MeetMe system, with bookable meeting tables in dedicated show-floor districts and AI-matched meeting suggestions, shows how much of the show is built around scheduled conversations. A stand that cannot host a proper meeting is at a disadvantage.
Technology exhibitors in Hall 7 should plan around live product demos: screens, power and data requirements, demo stations and tidy cable management. Land-based exhibitors with gaming cabinets or hardware need to think about floor access, load, and how visitors circulate machines. Operators and platform brands often need a mix of open demo areas and closed meeting rooms.
Venue and organizer rules apply to every stand. Those rules are covered in the build section below.

Exhibiting at ICE Barcelona 2027?
Companies exhibiting at ICE need more than an attractive booth. The stand has to support product demos, hold meetings, manage visitor flow, and pass the organizer's plan inspection before a single panel goes up. At a show where much of the value comes from pre-booked meetings, the layout is part of the lead-generation plan.
This is where specialist stand support helps, especially for double-deck and rigged designs, which carry the most approval paperwork.
