What Exhibitors Should Finalize Before the Show
Organizer rules for the 2027 edition set the timeline:
- Submit stand documents about 40 days before opening. That is roughly early December 2026, so confirm the exact date with the organizer. Send architectural, electrical and plumbing plans, plus certificates showing materials are non-flammable or fire-retardant treated.
- Authorize your contractor. External builders need written authorization from the exhibitor and organizer accreditation. They collect the space on the first day of setup with the acceptance protocol.
- Plan suspended elements early. Hanging points are limited to 50 kg each and need documentation and organizer consent. Maximum stand height follows the technical plan you receive from the organizer.
- Order utilities. Power, water and internet are ordered per stand. Electricians need current SEP certificates.
- Check transport rules. Netlog Polska holds exclusive rights for forklifts and mechanical unloading. Couriers won't deliver to the technical service point, so exhibitors must receive packages themselves.
- Finish neighbor-facing walls. Any wall higher than 2.4 m facing a neighboring stand must be finished in white, using non-transparent materials.
- Know the schedule.
- Individual setup: 10 January (08:00–18:00) and 11 January (08:00–20:00).
- Organizer-built setup: 11 January (08:00–20:00).
- Exhibitor hours during the show: 08:00–18:00.
- Dismantling: 14 January (17:00–24:00) and 15 January (08:00–12:00).
- Do not dismantle early. Removing exhibits before the fair ends is prohibited, and delivery vehicles may enter for dismantling only after closing. Registration is available on the official website.
